The number of unique page layouts (not the number of pages), custom features like booking or member logins, integrations with your CRM or ERP, whether you need content written and photographed, and how fast you need it.

Corporate and business websites take 4 to 6 weeks from discovery to launch. Ecommerce stores take 6 to 8 weeks. Custom web applications usually take 8 to 14 weeks. The timeline is fixed in writing at the end of discovery, before design starts.
Yes. Full ownership of the code, design files and assets transfers to you on final payment. Nothing is locked behind a proprietary platform, and you can move the site anywhere after handover.
Technical SEO is part of every build: page titles, heading structure, clean URLs, image compression, structured data, XML sitemap, Search Console and analytics setup, and mobile speed testing. Ongoing SEO such as content and link building is a separate service.
It can if URLs change without redirects or ranking pages lose their content. We crawl the old site first, keep URLs that already rank, map every other old URL to its new page with a 301 redirect, carry over titles and copy that rank, and monitor Search Console for 90 days after launch.
Shopify suits stores that want to launch quickly with little maintenance, since hosting and security are handled for you. WooCommerce suits businesses that want full control and plenty of content, but you take on hosting and updates. Stores with complex pricing, B2B rules or ERP integrations usually need a custom build.
